All coaching is delivered online, and takes the form of video/ telephone calls, email and messaging. This allows me to help you in the comfort of your own home and provide you with all the support you need.

I believe that everyone’s nutrition needs are unique. Because of this, I do not provide clients with generic meal plans. Nor do I subscribe to one particular eating style - this is guided by the individual preferences of the client.

Decisions regarding diet are made collaboratively. While it is possible to blindly follow the latest diet fad with some short-term success, the secret to long term change lies in choices that are made by you, not imposed on you. I work alongside my clients to help guide them in those decisions.
